With an investment from Renew Pharmaceuticals Ltd in Perfusion Tech ApS, Perfusion Tech changes from being a start-up to becoming a scale-up company.
The two founders of the company: Morten Asp Vonsild Lund who have been Chief Scientific Officer(CSO) and Chairman if the Board and Mads Holst Aagaard Madsen, who have been Chief Technical Officer (CTO) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) have therefore decided to change their roles in the company.
As of today, Pernille Singer, who has been the company's Chief Operating Officer (COO) has been appointed CEO whereas Mads Holst Aagaard Madsen continues to be responsible for the company’s software R&D activities.
Furthermore, Henrik Christensen has taken over as Chairman of the Board after having been a board member since 2022. Morten Asp Vonsild Lund is now a member of the Board and continues to be responsible for clinical research.
Lars Stigel steps down from the Board, as CAPNOVA has left the ownership group in Perfusion Tech with Renew's investment in the company. Declan Cassells, Managing Director Renew Health Ltd, will join the board instead.
